Château de Pez, west of the commune of Saint-Estèphe, rivals Calon Ségur as the oldest of all Bordeaux's vineyards. Its 39 hectares enjoy ideal exposures over the hills around the château. Thanks to continuous investment, Château de Pez has been lovingly restored since it was acquired by the Maison de Champagne Louis Roederer in 1995.
