The Bourgogne Blanc "Cuvée Latour" is made with Chardonnay from the Côte d'Or, more precisely from the towns of Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet, as well as a selection of the best Chardonnays from the Côte Chalonnaise. The result is an authentic wine with the consistency and finesse worthy of the beautiful white villages.
Vinification and maturation
Traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperature, 100% malolactic. Aged from 8 to 10 months in stainless steel tanks.
tasting note
This wine has a beautiful, slightly golden color with some green reflections, elegant and intense aromas, well concentrated and with aromas of vanilla - a magnificent enchanting ensemble as well as a present acidity that wonderfully completes the finish.
