The name of the wine
Mansaborá, in honor of the princess in love dwelleth the same name of a Christian soldier, who taught him the secret passages access to the city and used by the soldiers of Alfonso IX for the conquest of Caceres. For this tradition the father of the princess became hen with golden wings and his entourage in chicks with silver wings.
