ELABORATION
Varieties: Pinot Noir (75%), Chardonnay (25%).
CCPAE Organic Certificate.
The Chardonnay variety is vinified at a controlled temperature (below 16ºC).
Pinot Noir macerates for 3-5 hours to obtain the colour and aromas typical of this variety.
After blending, the bottles rest in the cellars for the second fermentation.
Aged for at least 15 months in the bottle.
