DO. Douro Valley (Portugal).
Made with 45% Syrah, 10% Touriga Nacional, 35% Touriga Franca and 10% Tinta Cao.
Fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature between 25-28ºC.
Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.

This wine bears the name of the emblematic tree that dominates the terrace of Quinta do Noval, and is an authentic expression of the Douro. Mainly made up of classic Portuguese varieties, it also contains a proportion of Syrah, which rounds out the fruit and gives the wine enormous charm and accessibility.
