Dark garnet with violet hues characteristic of all of the winery syrah. The glass is bright and clean, with a dense tear. The nose is complex aromatic profile and full of delicate aromas of red fruras as wild strawberry, a raspberry with a strong spicy sensation and some floral notes of violet. All these flavors make this wine's nose is wide and enveloping. The palate is fresh, balsamic touch revealing that already appear in the nose, with silky tannins, velvety give a sense of sweetness.
It is a pleasant wine, slow and persistent in the mouth, with a long finish where the greedy and lush red fruit hatches.
Development and Aging
Made from 100% Syrah grapes from organic viticulture has been aged 12 months in French oak barrels.
