TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Straw yellow colour with golden edge.
- Nose: Aromas of stone fruit.
- Palate: Pleasant and refreshing with a long finish accompanied by a slightly bitter touch.
ELABORATION
Variedad: Pardina 60%, Eva 20%, Morisca 20%.
Racked after 24 hours in cold in a stainless steel tank.
Aged for 1 month after fermentation.
