Breeding, twelve months, was carried out in French oak barrels, one or two years of use, from the prestigious Château Haut Brion. When the wine has reached the perfect balance between fruit and wood, rests in deposits for three months before being bottled without fining or stabilize to not take neither body nor aroma. The grapes are vinified in stainless steel tanks 15 250 hectoliters of capacity. Maceration-fermentation lasts 12 days during which numerous overpumping are made to obtain the extraction and structure desired. Currently they have a park of 700 barrels that are expanding at a rate of 20% Aging: 12 months was conducted in French oak barrels, one or two years of use, from the prestigious Château Haut Brion.
