TASTING NOTES:
- View: Wide and intense color. Tonality between intense onion skin and salmon.
- Nose: Aromas of ripe fruit, black and red berries, spices such as cloves and fresh wood. Wood very well integrated. Notes of toasted caramel, cherry in liquor, cherry and nut like bitter hazelnut.
- Palate: Intense and persistent. Sweet and seductive.
ELABORATION
Made at 47% with Tempranillo from Los Robles payment, 47% with Merlot from Valdelayegua payment and 6% with Albillo Mayor from Baños de Valdearados.
Spontaneous fermentation, with native yeasts and controlled at 28ºC in stainless steel tanks.
Aged for 27 months in French and American oak barrels of 225 liters.
Production: 2002 bottles.
