TASTING NOTES:
- Appearance: Amber yellow.
- Nose: Aromas of ripe stone fruit, with notes of oxidized, spicy, intense fruit. A lot of presence of nuts such as almonds and toasted seeds.
- Palate: Fresh and pleasant in the mouth. Surprising with reductive memories. A great wine for aging.
ELABORATION
Variety 100% Albillo Mayor of Baños de Valdearados.
Made in open barrels with their skins, hence its orange color. Characteristic for which this wine is called Orange Wine.
Aging of a month and a half in clay jars + 27 months in French oak barrels of 225 liters previously used for the production of other wines.
Production: 1.029 bottles
