mr child it is a wine young red , of viticulture ecological and mashing carbonic . Made exclusively with grapes of the variety Tempranillo from the Salguero Payment, the only one of this historic winery that to date has certification ecological . This monovarietal has a character fully fruity , cool and jovial . Its carbonic maceration encourages long drinks and taking it colder than usual.

• Nose : intense aromas in which stands out the fruit red , with notes of aromatic herbs and floral touches.

APPELLATION OF ORIGIN: Ribera del Duero.

ELABORATION : Made with the variety 100% Tempranillo .

AGING : One month of maturation in jars of mud centenarians .

CURIOSITIES : In Pradorey they have the largest wine-growing area in the Ribera del Duero, 520 hectares of their own vineyards that allow them to control and guarantee the quality of their wines year after year. The vineyard is made up of 8 well-differentiated areas, depending on their altitude, orientation and soil. At the same time, in each vineyard exhaustive care is taken of the different grape varieties and clones planted in each one, mainly Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. For these plantations They selected vines over 100 years old from different areas of the Ribera del Duero, recovering some unique and pre-phylloxera varieties.
