TASTING NOTES

• Appearance: Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections.
• Nose: Citrus and exotic aromas accompanied by balsamic and toasted notes.
• Palate: Fresh, creamy and seductive. Great balance with a persistent finish.

ELABORATION

100% Chardonnay variety.
Aged for 12 months in stainless steel (70%) and French oak barrels (30%).
