TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Intense cherry colour.
- Nose: Aromas of black fruit, cherry, sloe and loquat. Notes of undergrowth, such as nutmeg, fern and mint.
- Palate: Round and balanced, with velvety tannins and well-integrated wood. Long finish and complex aftertaste.
ELABORATION
100% Merlot variety.
Fermentation for 15-10 days with a high level of extraction to achieve subsequent ageing capacity as well as the desired structure.
Aged for 14 months in semi-new French oak barrels.
