It is a young red, medium-aged, reaching the market at the optimum moment for consumption. However, it can keep its qualities for two or three years in the bottle.
Development and Aging
The 2008 vintage is vinified in stainless steel, temperature controller. Cold maceration lasted two days, with spontaneous fermentation. Total maceration was completed in 15 days. 40% of the wine was raised in steel tanks with micro-oxygenation; the remaining 60% in barrels (80% American oak and 20%, franCrianza: 6 months in oak barrels (80% 20% American oak and French oak).
