- Nose: Citrus aromas from Mediterranean gardens with a subtle hint of coriander. Notes of orange blossom and lemon tree.
- Palate: Taste of ripe fruit with hints of vanilla and a touch of bitterness from citrus peel.
ELABORATION
Meticulous selection of botanicals and Mediterranean citrus fruits.
The ingredients macerate with water and alcohol. The resulting mixture is aged for 6-9 months.
The liquor is stored in a chamber at -5ºC to obtain a smooth finish.
Final filtering to remove particles and obtain this characteristic bright hue.
