CATA's notes:
- Color: Intense cherry red color with soft violet notes, which marks its aging with bright tile and amber rims.
- Nose: Nose of great subtlety with aromas of ripe fruits very well combined with aging in wood, which leads to special aromas (vanilla, cinnamon) to the stimulating aroma of coffee or toast.
- Mouth: Very meaty in the mouth, with a long finish and balanced acidity. Harmonious ripe and soft tannins that fill the palate with pleasant sensations.
Elaboration and aging:
Traditional preparation with monitoring of fermentation control and maceration in temperature and phenolic compounds. Elaboration by gravity. Maceration of 14 to 16 days and malolactica in barrica. Crianza of 21 months in French oak with the appropriate racking. Age of barrels from 1 to 3 years.
