DO. Navarra Parcela Zarralagaiza and Plano 21, whose soils are notable for sand and gravel on the surface, supported by clay at depth.
100% Tempranillo variety.
Harvest by micro plots.

Pressed at low temperature and destemmed.
Short fermentation between 14-16ºC. Aged for 4-6 months on lees in stainless steel tanks.

Within the extensive agricultural region we find a great diversity of lands with particular characteristics, which defines the plurality that characterizes Navarrese wines.
