Development and Aging
Born in the diversity of the best terroirs of O.D. Montsant. It draws on selected payments Falset, Marça, El Molar, La Figuera and Darmós. The complexity of the old vines and careful vinification and aging just outline this elegant wine.
Fermentation is controlled in tanks of 50 hl.
Very long maceration with frequent punching down and pumping to achieve optimal extraction.
