Fruity nose where the aromas of fresh forest fruits stand out, with pleasant balsamic notes and a subtle minerality (pencil lead). In the mouth it is a wine with a meaty texture, with good balance and length.
PREPARATION AND AGEING
Matarile Garnacha 2020 It is a red wine that expresses the essence of terroir of the D.O. Calatayud and the freshest profile of the area's iconic grape, Garnacha. The result of a careful selection of vineyards located at 600-1000 meters in Cervera de la Cañada, with old, low-yielding vines planted in glass on slate soils, it is a fluid, fresh and full-bodied wine that offers a less concentrated profile of the Aragonese Grenache.
Preparation seeking less concentrated profiles of the Aragonese Grenache, night harvests and low yields thanks to the poor and at the same time fresh soils of the gravel/stones of the region.
