The palate is rich, satiny, spicy (cocoa), with black fruit dipped in chocolate and licorice, with excellent pace and length, cassis and mineral with balsamic notes.
Development and Aging
Prepared with 100% Mencia variety of vineyards unaselección about 60 years old.
The wine is aged for 9 months in French oak barrels of Allier and NeCrianza type: 9 months in barrels of franes and American oak.
