TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Gold colour with amber hues.
- Nose: High aromatic complexity with notes of ash, toast and coffee, accompanied by subtle hints of spices and liquorice.
- Palate: Fresh, balanced, framed by elegant tannins and a long, round finish with peat aromas.
ELABORATION
Made from malted barley.
Aged for 5-10 years in French oak.
After blending, it spends 9-12 months (depending on the weather) in selected new French oak barrels with its own toasting using an original and unique process.

Bellevoye is the personal project of Jean Moueix and Alexandre Sirech, the first French triple malt whisky.
They carried out a research process in which they tasted all the French whiskies and others from the rest of the world, resulting in a subtle, elegant, balanced and captivating whisky.
