La Atalaya del Camino 2021

The Watchtower of the Road it's a wine red which is characterized by having a certain freshness and complexity . It is made from the s variety Grenache and Monastrell that reflect the character and the personality of the land. The grapes come from vineyards planted between 700m and 1000m high on sandy and limestone soils. For its preparation, a maceration-fermentation is carried out in deposits of steel stainless steel for about 20 days at a temperature of 25ºC.

CATA'S NOTES:

View : Color red pillory with tones violets , of layer high .

Nose : Scent intense with the presence of fruit red mature with spicy and herbaceous notes.

Mouth : Powerful and fleshy at your entrance, on tour broad and unctuous . Final long and persistent .

APPELLATION OF ORIGIN: Almansa.

ELABORATION : Made with varieties Grenache and Monastrell .

AGING : Aging for 12 months in barrels Oak French ..

CURIOSITIES : Garnacha tintorera is one of the few varieties with colored pulp that exist. Everyone knows that even the red varieties have white pulp, but in some very particular cases, this rule is broken, giving way to very colored grapes, capable of offering wines of unusual intensity.
