The Watchtower of the Road it's a wine red which is characterized by having a certain freshness and complexity . It is made from the s variety Grenache and Monastrell that reflect the character and the personality of the land. The grapes come from vineyards planted between 700m and 1000m high on sandy and limestone soils. For its preparation, a maceration-fermentation is carried out in deposits of steel stainless steel for about 20 days at a temperature of 25ºC.
