From the hand of Bodegas las Niñas comes Las Niñas Carménère Reserva , a red wine from the Colchagua Valley based on the Carménère 2017.
With violet red tones, very striking and deep. It has intense aromas reminiscent of red fruits such as ripe strawberries, moist soil and spices. In addition, green notes such as pepper can be felt.
Viñas las Niñas, faithful to their style, produce quality wines rooted in the land where they come from, wines that represent the intensity reached by the grapes as they ripen in their vineyards, located in a small horseshoe-shaped valley and surrounded by hills up to 600 meters high, in the region of Apalta, in the important agricultural and well-known wine region of Colchagua. Valley, here the soils are composed of volcanic rocks, poor and not very fertile soils that are excellent for the cultivation of vines, a circumstance that gives the name to the region of Apalta, which means "poor soils" in the local dialect.
Tasting notes:
Elegant and complex nose, black fruit, spicy notes with a slight touch of green pepper present. Firm with volume, present and liquorous tannins, long and warm finish.
