The winery, newly built, is in the midst of the beautiful estate Quemado Palace in the Designation of Origin Ribera del Guadiana. In this place, characterized by its clay and red earth, the stunning estate of 3,000 hectares, a privileged place located in the town of Alang is based.
The winery ÀN Negra, located southeast of the island of Mallorca makes its wines on the old country estate of Son Burguera. This building, near Felanitx dates from s. XIII and had since its inception with some units for wine making, intended, initially, to supply the consumption of people connected to the place.
Anís La Castellana is an anise of Spanish origin, elaborated in Segovia from the year 1894 in the familiar factory of the industrial and financial segoviano Nicomedes Garci'a Gómez.
This liqueur is made in an aniseed and badiana grain distillate mixed with demineralized water, sugar syrup and molasses alcohols, and two variants are marketed, a sweet with an alcoholic rating of 35° and a dry one of 45°.
