Processing and aging:
- Color : Cherry red color with purple reflections, good coat.
- Nose : Very nice on the nose with a fruit explosion. Floral notes in the background.
- Mouth : Very balanced on the palate despite its youth and freshness.
For the elaboration of the wine Lagariza once the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are finished, the wine precipitates by natural decantation with several racking. After that, a minimum of 6 months remains in the steel tank, for later bottling and aging in the bottle. Curiosities:
