TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Cherry red colour.
- Nose: Aromas of black fruits accompanied by elegant roasted and woody aromas from the ageing.
- Palate: Sweet and glyceric entry. Full-bodied, rich mineral and black fruit sensations. Fresh, long and pleasant.
ELABORATION
100% Bobal variety.
Manual harvesting in 15 kg boxes.
Fermentation for 8-10 days in French oak vats with gentle pump-overs.
Post-fermentation maceration for 10-12 days.
Aged for 14 months in foudres and French oak barrels.
