Tasting notes:
- Colour: Pale yellow with greenish tones.
- Nose: Its aromas remind us of tropical fruits with a certain touch of vanilla and wood, due to its good aging.
- Palate: A perfectly balanced wine, unctuous and long in the mouth, full-bodied and very rich in nuances.
Elaboration:Sani Chardonnay carries out the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in French oak barrels. It maintains contact with its lees in the same barrels for six or seven months. The wine is then clarified with bentonite and stabilized at -6ºC to eliminate excess potassium bitartrate. Finally it goes to bottle sleeper in a period of approximately sixty days.
