When you click on the item you will see on the product tab, to the right of the image, the points that you will accumulate when you are buying products. With each purchased product you will accumulate a different number of points, which you can redeem in your next order, once they are validated. This will happen automatically when the order is delivered.

¿Do all products have points?

Almost all the products, except those products that are already on offer or which have a discounted price. As you will understand, these products already have the discount applied and we have no capacity to apply additional discounts.

I want to check my number of points

After placing an order, if you access MY ACCOUNT, you will see in the section ´My Loyalty Points´ your points "pending validation" as you can see in the following example:

When the order has been delivered, you will see your points as "Available":

And at this moment you can convert your points into a discount voucher with a value in Euros, which will allow you to save money by buying any product from our store.

When can I use my points?

Once the points have been redeemed or converted into monetary value, you can use your voucher 15 days after receiving your order. This deadline is essential for our return policy that allows you to return a product up to 15 days after receiving it.

How can I use my points?

Very easy! In the summary of the shopping basket of your new order will appear highlighted in the box DISCOUNTS a code. Just click on the code or enter it by hand in the discount box (eg FID65846) and press OK. Now you have your DISCOUNT APPLIED!
