Tasting Notes:
- Attractive color Deep cherry red, bright.
- Complex in nose , Black fruits (cranberries, blackberries), mineral, spicy (clove, black pepper) with a very well integrated wood.
- In mouth It is soft, with weight in all its phases, fatty, with marked but elegant tannins. Long and persistent finish.
Elaboration and Aging
The aging is 10 months in French oak barrels, elaborated, 70% with Monastrell grapes , Coming from vineyards of 45 years of age and 30% with Cabernet Sauvignon , Coming from 32-year-old vineyards.
