- Mouth: Very dense, long and fresh in the mouth; where they return to frutality and floral notes, with great consistency that brings the aging on lias.
Elaboration and aging:
Payments of the Galir Godello 2016 has a breeding of 4-5 months along with its lias. Macularization pelicular 10 hours at 10 º C. Controlled fermentation at 18 º C for 15-20 days.Crianza on their own lias, for 5 months.
