Tasting notes:
- Color red cherry.
- In nose, it has an intense aroma of red fruits and black liquorice well mixed with cinnamon and roasted from their stay in the oak barrel.
- In mouth with a soft entrance and in its step it is fresh and elegant.
Elaboration and Ageing:It is made with grapes from our own 30 year old vineyards on clay-calcareous soils at an altitude of 800 m, located in the province of Burgos. Traditional production in stainless steel tanks with maceration before cold fermentation. It is aged for 6 months in oak barrels. It is stabilised by natural means.
Harvest data:The new creation of this winery, after 30 years producing whites and reds with a strong personality, presents the latest creation for the first time. An exciting project from Ribera de Duero focused on singularity and the search for the highest quality.
