CATA'S NOTES:
- View : Garnet red , very deep, clean and bright.
- Nose: Intense and complex. with a predominance of ripe black fruit in the first impression that is turning into notes toasts and spicy as it airs out.
- Mouth: Cool , tasty and elegant . Passed silky and surround , perfectly integrated wood, long aftertaste with hints of spices such as pepper and cloves.
ELABORATION
The care of the vineyard is ecological in the process of certification.
The harvest is carried out in boxes of 15 kg manually.
Double selection in the vineyard and at the selection table.

Preparation by gravity.
Destemmed without crushing in order to maintain the integrity of the berries.
Fermentation takes place in a small volume stainless steel tank. Native yeasts are used.
Malolactica in French oak barrels.
Aged for more than 18 months in new and used barrels
of French Oak and 225 l.
CURIOSITIES Bodegas De Blas Serrano is located in Fuentelcésped, a Burgos municipality that was founded at the end of the s. XII by the Premonstratensian Orders of the Monastery of La Vid. Since then it has a long history linked to wine. Wines are only made when the grapes present the characteristics that meet the quality criteria that they have defined.
