Think Pink By Vilano is a sparkling rosé wine made from Tempranillo grapes from the Pedrosa del Duero area. Despite its sweetness, it contains no added sugars which, together with its low alcohol content and the finesse of its bubbles, gives it great freshness and a pleasant sensation of enjoyment. It has aromas of cherry, strawberry and violet in the ideal rosé to welcome spring.
TASTING NOTES:
Sight: Pale pink colour, clean and bright, with fine bubbles.
Nose: Aromas of red fruit (cherry, strawberry) with floral nuances (violet), characteristic of the Ribera del Duero area.
Palate: In the mouth it is fresh, harmonious, very balanced, with a pleasant, long and persistent aftertaste.
DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: Ribera del Duero.
WINEMAKING: Made from 100% Tempranillo grapes.
CURIOSITIES: The winery has third or fourth generation vineyards and the grapes are still harvested by hand as in the past. Once in the winery, the fruit is separated from the stems and the fermentation process begins. After tasting in the vat and evaluation of the qualities of the wine obtained, they are destined to become crianzas, reservas or grandes reservas, and for this purpose French, American and Central European oak barrels are selected. All in a quiet place, without light or noise and at a constant temperature.
