Made 100% with Tinto Fino grapes from a Selection of vines in the Pago de Fuentesanta with more than 100 years of age. Manual selection of the grape. Gravity transfer of the vintage to a 50hl tank. where fermentation takes place with autochthonous yeasts. Fermentation and maceration for 15 days.
Aging: Malolactic fermentation in barrels with aging on lees for 18 months in new French oak barrels with extra fine grain.
