Tasting Notes:- Color: garnet red with a bright and intense background rubí́, well covered, retains flashes of youth.
- Nose: balanced and powerful with hints of wood and ripe fruit.
- Palate: expressive tannin, with remarkable structure.
Elaboration and Ageing:Selection of vineyards of more than 10 years old, harvested manually at the optimum moment of ripeness and coming from Pedrosa de Duero. With a careful elaboration, it is fermented during 10 days at a controlled temperature of 28ºC and macerated during 14 more days. It is aged in American and French oak for 14 months. It is then rounded off 3 months in the bottle before being released on the market.
