Tasting notes:

Elaboration and aging: The grapes with which Solideo is made come from
strains over 80 years old , located in gravel soil, according to the traditional system of glass planting, very low yield. It is made with
85% of Tempranillo ,
12% of Cabernet Sauvignon Y
3% of Albillo and stay in
barrels for 24 months , first in American oak one and two years of age and the last four months in new French oak.
Curiosities: Solideo is the reserve wine of Dehesa de los Canonigos and was rescued with the
Celebration of the 25th anniversary of the winery , in the year 2014.
His name means 'Alone before God' , also used to designate a silk skullcap that the Pope, the bishops and some people of the clergy wear to cover their heads.
A reference to the ecclesiastical origins of the winery .
