br & gt; The palate is keeping his center of life thanks to its neat tannic structure; satiny for its softness that is enriched by a fresh stream, thanks to its acidity. Its sugar content seems almost gelatin, enveloping and caressing. In molding cup he goes with wise hand, amplifying its aromatic field and constant sweets. Fermentation lasted almost 6 weeks until stopped naturally with 150 g / l of sugar and 13% vol. To finish round and bring greater complexity to the wine, the aging was conducted in French oak barrels for 7 months.
