CATA's notes:
- Color: Bright, greenish yellow.
- Nose: Notes of ripe white fruit, citric bark, acacia flower, a mineral background and shades of wood.
- Mouth: Tasty, unctuous and with a great expression and sensation of freshness. Wide mouth pass and glyceric, very tasty.
Elaboration and aging: A varietal Chardonnay obtained from the best Chardonnay grapes from the vineyards of the slopes of the Granja de Legardeta, in Villatuerta, which demonstrates the special sensitivity of the winery in the production of whites and rosés. Its elaboration process, with a partial fermentation in barrel and a 6 month aging on its lias, gives it texture, freshness and complexity, enhancing the fruity and aromatic profile of this variety and allowing a long evolution in the bottle.
