aboración and Parenting Grenache was harvested manually and prefermentative cold maceration lasted a week. Fermentation was carried out with natural yeast grape itself, as malolactic fermentation. The fermented mash is kept in contact with the skins for a month and went to French oak barrels where it remained 11 months. The INITIO 2006 was bottled in February 2009 and 50,060 bottles of 75 cl were obtained. The production of this wine is natural and no additives or clarificantes.Crianza: 11 months in French oak barrels.
