Fragantia No. 6 is made exclusively from the Syrah variety and is characterized by its low alcohol content.
The Syrah grapes are selected directly when they reach the optimum moment of ripeness, thus preserving the soul of the strawberries, violets and flowers with sweet and fruity touches so characteristic of Syrah.
Finca Constancia harvests the grapes at night in September to find the coolest moment of the night and thus extract all the aromas contained in the skin for 5 hours. The wine is gently pressed, extracting only the must from the flower.
The process ends naturally when the perfect balance between acidity, alcohol content and sugar is achieved. The wine is kept at 0ºC until the right moment of bottling, so it keeps all the natural carbon dioxide coming from the fermentation.
Tasting Note
Colour : bright and intense strawberry pink.
Nose : red fruit aromas stand out: strawberry and raspberry with a touch of sweetness.
Palate : it is fresh and light, with elegant fruity notes and acidity.
