Tasting Note:- Color : cherry cherry.
- Nose : explosive, with a huge fruit expression with a background of toasted sensations.
- Mouth : shows a very balanced acidity and again a great fruit intensity, which closes with a long and tremendously sweet finish.
Elaboration and aging:
Made almost entirely with Monastrell over 30 years
with a touch of garnacha.Fermentacion malolactica in fudres of 5,000 liters of capacity, where it carries out aging for 14 months.
The Winery Casa Castillo, which is one of the most significant wineries in Jumilla, has become increasingly famous since its first harvest in 1991. The family that owns it started a project to produce quality wines in 1985. The old buildings were rebuilt and replaced by more modern wineries.
