Tasting notes:- Pale yellow color with greenish tones. Aromatically presents memories of fresh fruit and fine spicy notes.
- On the nose aromas of fruit, white fruit and roasted.
- In the mouth it is balanced, fresh and enveloping. It is a complex wine, long and pleasant as a whole, with a marked varietal personality.
Elaboration and Ageing:The Garnatxa Blanca is one of the most implanted autochthonous varieties in the Empordà. With grapes born from vineyards between fifty and sixty years old, born in a stony terroir with pebbles, we elaborate this complex monovarietal with tremendous personality.
