CATA's notes:- Colour cherry red, with purple trim.
- Nose : fruity and spicy aromas from its long aging in oak.
- In mouth It is of medium high intensity, good journey with integrated acidity. Silky tannin. In retronasal, fruity and spaced notes appear again. It is a wine in harmony, balanced, in a state of evolution, ready to be enjoyed.
Elaboration and Aging Made with 50% Syrah and 50% Malbec, from the Campo Martuela, El Casar de La Guardia and Cuatro Vinas farms. When the grape is at its optimum ripening point, the harvest begins. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine goes to new French oak barrels to carry out malolactic fermentation and its subsequent aging for 20 months in the barrel.
Curiosities From the 2013 vintage 3,350 Bourbon bottles have been bottled.
