Elaboration and aging:
It is a red wine from the DO Campo de Borja made by Borsao, a winery that was founded in 1958, although it was not until 1981 when the first bottles of wine were commercialized.
The climate in the D.O. Campo de Borja is continental, characterized by cold and windy winters and, summers with high temperatures due to the Mediterranean influence. Thanks to the thermal oscillation between seasons and day-night, wines with a good acidity are obtained. The thermal contrast benefits the ripening of the grape.
The vineyards are located on high terraces, at an altitude between 350 and 800 meters above sea level.
Finally, it is aged for 3 months in French oak barrels of first and second wine.
Curiosities:
A wine of global taste, firm competitor with the Honoro Vera Garnacha by Juan Gil, or Garnacha de Fuego by Jorge Ordonez. He has received prizes such as: "Gold Medal Concours Mondial de Bruxelles" in 2012. Parker rating: 90
