Azzulo is a fresh, sweet white wine with a smooth mouthfeel. It is a wine made from a mixture of equal parts of the Viura and Chardonnay varieties. For its production, the grapes go directly to the press where, by means of a slight pressure, the must is obtained. Once the must has been obtained, it is racked to obtain a clean and crystalline must immediately.

CURIOSITIES: The success of Bodegas Aragonesas wines is no coincidence. The restructuring and in many cases the preservation of their best vineyards allows them to obtain, in addition to one of the best garnachas on the market, the best musts to achieve vinifications of proven quality. The monitoring of growth, health and harvesting calendar guarantee the quality of the grapes and their harvesting at the exact moment of ripeness.
