TASTING NOTE
Elaboration and aging:
Coming from sandy quaternary soils with a clay subsoil; the harvest is done manually and the grapes are kept in open cold storage for 48 hours and with fermentation for 10-12 days. Then it ages for 4 months in bocoyes of 500 liters.
- Color: Intense garnet.
- Nose: Complex and delicate. Aromas of red and spicy fruits with notes of undergrowth, fresh grass, seasoned fruits and rose petals in perfect harmony. Fruity and floral aromas (Petalos de Rosa) is a surprising and very friendly wine on the palate.
- Mouth: Friendly and easy to drink even with that powerful entry in the mouth that characterizes this type of wine.
