Tasting notes:
- Large cherry red wine with violet glints.
- The aromas remind us of forest fruits such as blackberries, blueberries and strawberries intertwined with strong memories of black stones, graphite, humus, wet soil, underbrush, toast and smoke.
- In the mouth it is powerful, serious, fleshy, with important tannins that prepare it to live.
Elaboration and aging:Due to its traditional production process, we recommend decanting, as this wine has not been clarified, passed through cold, or microfiltered, so natural sediments may appear with age.
Aging: 14 months in new French oak barrels.
