TASTING NOTES
- It is bright lemony yellow in colour, with greenish reflections.
- Nose: Intensely fruity aroma, with aromas of fennel, floral, scrub and an aniseed background, some notes of tropical fruits. Elegant, fresh and persistent.
- On the palate it is equally fruity and fresh. Unctuous, sweet and with a touch of bitterness at the end, which gives it the elegance characteristic of the Verdejo variety.
