Arindo is a single varietal Verdejo white wine produced by Bodegas y Viñedos Shaya, part of the Juan Gil family group. The vineyards are located in the west of Segovia, planted on sandy soils covered with boulders. The grapes are harvested by hand and the bunches are selected in the field. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control to obtain this easy to drink and very pleasant wine.
TASTING NOTES:
Sight: Straw yellow colour.
Nose: Well balanced and pleasant aromatic combination with elegant floral and ripe fruit notes.
Palate: In the mouth it is balanced and well structured, with sweet and fine notes of white and stone fruits with light and refreshing acidic notes that balance a tasty and long finish.
APPELLATION OF ORIGIN: Rueda.
WINEMAKING: Made from 100% Verdejo grape variety.
AGEING: The must ferments in stainless steel tanks for about 25 days.
