Martín Codax Gallaecía is a dry overripe white wine, unique in the world for its complexity of aromas and its surprising structure. It is a single varietal Albariño resulting from the vinification of overripe grapes, with a high percentage of noble botrytis. This wine is only made in years when the conditions are optimal for its production.
